At AIOLIA, we are delighted to see the launch of the CHANGER_EU_PROJECT new MOOC on “Research Ethics – A Guide to Ethical Review in Innovative Fields”
While AIOLIA focuses on AI ethics in human cognition and behavior, CHANGER takes a broader approach to the ethical challenges of emerging research fields, including AI, gene editing, organoids, and electronic informed consent. We collaborate through meetings and workshops across Europe, including our joint proposal for a more detailed Artificial Intelligence section of the EU Ethics Self-Assessment Questionnaire.
Another important connection between our projects is our shared commitment to training and capacity building. Through training activities, AIOLIA and CHANGER support researchers, ethics professionals, and other stakeholders in addressing the ethical challenges and opportunities posed by emerging technologies.
