BOTH<\/strong><\/td>\n Outputs are framed to inform and support decision-making rather than pressure, persuade or exploit cognitive bias<\/td>\n <\/tr>\n
TECH<\/strong><\/td>\n The system does not personalise influence strategies in a way that exploit individual vulnerabilities without justification<\/td>\n <\/tr>\n
ORG<\/strong><\/td>\n Legitimate behavioural influence is clearly distinguished from manipulative practices and documented<\/td>\n <\/tr>\n\n
C. Transparency and User Agency<\/strong><\/td>\n <\/tr>\n
BOTH<\/strong><\/td>\n Users are informed when system outputs are intended to influence decisions or behaviours<\/td>\n <\/tr>\n
ORG<\/strong><\/td>\n Users maintain meaningful choice and are not penalised for rejecting, ignoring or questioning system suggestions<\/td>\n <\/tr>\n
ORG<\/strong><\/td>\n The organisation has processes to assess whether users experience system interactions as coercive or misleading<\/td>\n <\/tr>\n\n
D. Oversight, monitoring and correction<\/strong><\/td>\n <\/tr>\n
BOTH<\/strong><\/td>\n Human oversight exists to review system outputs for manipulative effects, especially in sensitive or high-impact contexts<\/td>\n <\/tr>\n
